Please send us the following to order new lenses into your own frames:
1. Your Glasses (fully-rimmed or semi-rimless only)
2. A copy of your prescription dated within the last two years
3. Note explaining the type of lenses you require
4. A cheque payable to Direct Opticians for the correct amount or call us with your credit/debit card details and we will send you a copy of the card slip.

Please send your glasses by recorded delivery. We will not be held responsible for glasses lost in the post. Glasses are re-glazed at your own risk as it is with any high street opticians and please do not forget to enclose your full postal address so that we can return your glasses by recorded delivery.
