1. What will I need to enter if I want only reading glasses? We want you to enter all the details written on your prescription and indicate the type of lenses you want (eg. reading, distance, intermediate or bifocals). If you need intermediate/computer glasses, then you should inform the optician to indicate the prescription for intermediate glasses on your prescription. 2. Can I use my contact lens prescription for glasses? No! your contact lens prescription is different from a prescription for glasses. 3. Do I have to send you the PD measurement with the prescription? It is better if you can send us (see how to measure the PD) the Pupillary Distance measurement, but if it is difficult, then we will take an average value of 63mm for distance vision and 60mm for reading vision as recommended by our Optician. However, it is advisable to provide an accurate PD if your powers are above +/-4.00 to give you the optimum vision. 4. Can you read my prescription off my existing glasses, if so how much will they cost? Yes. The prescription on those glasses should be less than 2 years old. Please see Reglaze Service for our re-glaze charges. 5. What if I enter my prescription details wrong? You must notify us immediately because we process orders very rapidly and once your glasses have been glazed they cannot be altered.
