Ordering Questions

1. What do I need to order my glasses from Direct Opticians?
Your spectacle prescription and if available, your PD measurement (see how to measure the PD).

2. What if I do not have a written prescription?
Go to your opticians and request for a copy of your prescription. Your optician must, by law, provide you with a copy of your prescription which you can forward to us and save money. You are under no obligation to purchase spectacles from your optician.

3. What if I don’t understand my prescription?
If you do not know how to enter the details of your prescription on our online order form, you can either phone, fax or email your prescription to us.
