Frames Questions

1. How will I know whether the glasses I like will fit me?
We would advise you to choose the right or similar sized frame to a comfortable pair you already have. All our frame measurements are clearly labelled. (see Frame Size for more details).

2. Can I send my own frames to be reglazed?
Yes! Depending on the age and condition of the frames. Please contact us by email or phone with your prescription details and type of frames for a quote.

3. Can I try the frames at home?
Yes. We charge a small non-refundable fee of £3.00 per frame which will be charged to your credit/debit card. All we ask is that you return the trial frames in their original condition and packaging within 14 days or the full cost as listed on the website will be charged to your credit/debit card.

4. How can I get my frames adjusted?
Most high street opticians will do this for a small charge – we are unable to make adjustments to the frames without personal consultation.
