Delivery Questions

1. How long will my glasses take?
Your order will be processed on the same day. Although our terms state delivery can take up to 28 days, we usually dispatch within 14 days, subject to the complexity of the prescription and extras requested. However, in an emergency, if you need a pair of glasses with standard lenses on the following day, call us to find out if we have your lenses in stock before ordering online. We’ll be happy to help you!

2. What Postage & Packaging do you use and how much will it cost me?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be sent by Royal Mail first class delivery for a £2.50 per frame carriage charge and we obtain a certificate of posting from Royal Mail for your package. Our packages fit through most letter boxes and therefore you do not have to be at home to receive your glasses.
Recorded or Special delivery can also be requested for an additional fee at the time of ordering. Please see the table below for delivery options and costs per frame.
